Allergy Testing Appointments

Changes to Skin Prick Allergy Testing and In-Clinic Sample Collection Appointments

Due to Health Department guidelines all ORIGINS face-to-face appointments have moved to Telehealth.

This means that the skin prick allergy testing and in-clinic sample collection and measurements, which normally take place at one- and three-years of age, are not able to go ahead in the current environment.

We know that many families value these appointments and health checks for their ORIGINS child, as does the project team and our researchers. We recognise this may be disappointing.

Please note, that we are only postponing these appointments, not cancelling them entirely. We will be re-scheduling our families that have missed the opportunity to have their checks for a more COVID-friendly time, when WA has come out the other side of the heavy restrictions.

Our team will be in touch with families that this affects.
