By participating in The ORIGINS Project, you are contributing to one of the largest and most comprehensive birth cohort studies ever. 

The ORIGINS Project aims to uncover when and why non-communicable diseases develop through the study of early environments, maternal and paternal physical health, and genetics. With your help, we can start to understand the factors involved, and with early intervention, give children the healthiest start to life.

Recruitment of ORIGINS active participants is now closed, but you can still be a valued part of the project as a Routine Data Participant.

Community Reference Group

The ORIGINS Project community reference group consists of members of the Wanneroo and Joondalup community who meet regularly with researchers from the Project.

The role of the community reference group is to provide a community perspective on all aspects of the ORIGINS Project. We would love to hear your feedback, ideas and input.
